  • History of School:

The Arima Presbyterian Primary School was birthed in the year 1956. Its location remains in the present suburban district on Tumpuna Road, Arima. Situated on approximately one acre of land, this institution began with one wooden building comprising eight classes and a principal’s office in a meager 40 x 60 square feet space. At that time the school’s population was 240 pupils with an all-male teaching staff.

The school now has a population of 393 students and both male and female teachers. Some past principals are Mr. Ragoonanan, Mrs. Jaggernath, Mr. Seupaul, Mr. Gyan and presently, Mrs. Debideen. There are three full time cleaners, two security guards and one crossing guard.
